We do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, e-mail or street address during your visit to our Web site. When you visit our site:

We use software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of computers that have connected with our Web site. How do we protect your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data is protected using reasonable, physical, technical, electronic and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls.
Our cloud service providers implement industry standard security measures to protect your Personal Data when in storage. Our employees are provided with context-specific access to our systems and servers and your Personal Data is subject in most instances to contractual obligations to access and use of your Personal Data only as required to deliver Services to you.

How long do we keep your Personal Data?

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations and enforcing our policies.
How long we retain your Personal Data depends on why we collected it or obtained it from third-parties.
OBDS will only keep Personal Data for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, e.g. for the duration of a contractual relationship or of a project, and for a period of time thereafter if so required by legal requirements or if in your interest.

We process and retain your Personal Data on our servers in Canada, where our data center is located.

Governing Law

This policy and the terms of use of the website shall be governed in all respects by the laws applicable in the province of Québec, Canada. For avoidance of doubt, the applicable data protection laws will apply to the processing of your Personal Data.
