Online Support Session
  1. Please download the "RustDesk" ZIP file on your Windows computer
    DOWNLOAD LINK
  2. Once download is complete, please extract the files on your computer.
  3. Double-click "Start-OBDS-Support.bat".
    This script will set configuration for RustDesk app so it connects directly to the OBDS servers, bypassing the RustDesk cloud, so the traffic remains encrypted within OBDS network.
  4. Once app is launched, communicate the ID and One-time password to the OBDS support team over the phone, when asked for it.
