On-Board Data Services (OBDS), the makers of Aviation Docs™ has been serving the global aviation community for 21 years, and we would like to reward all Canadian business aircraft operators for their amazing safety record, with a gift – to help keep that safety record intact.
OUR WORK WITH CBAA
As an active participant in CBAA’s projects to improve air safety in Canada we have worked with CBAA to develop an easy-to-use, state-of-the-art Risk Management System that is free to all CBAA members, which you may access today at https://nad.obds.com
When CBAA announced they would like to provide a FRAT report to all pilots in Canada, we provided it as a function of the RMS system, but realized that the most pleasurable and convenient way for a pilot to fill out a FRAT would be to pop it into our Aviation Docs system that allows pilots to fill out forms even when you have no Internet connection and sync them later when you do.
Our clients who already have subscriptions to our service can do this easily, but we wanted this to be available to all CBAA members, to improve aviation safety Canada-wide in one move.
So, here’s our plan:
FOR ALL MEMBERS: FREE ACCESS TO CBAA DOCS, FRAT AND NAD
First, we will provide all CBAA members free and automatically updated access to all CBAA documents, CBAA news items, Online FRAT report forms and the NAD RMS at no cost via our Aviation Docs iPad and Windows apps in a special virtual “CBAA fleet” that will update all CBAA documents and notifications to be viewable comfortably, offline.
Note that - For access via Aviation Docs, operators will need to sign our standard licensing agreement (because it covers our cybersecurity, privacy and liability agreements), but it will be made freely available to all your pilots in all of your aircraft.Click here to sign up: http://www.obds.aero/cbaa

EXISTING AVIATION DOCS USERS: SUBSCRIPTIONS TO CBAA DOCS, FRAT AND NAD
In addition, all of our current Canadian clients of Aviation Docs who are CBAA members can have all the same CBAA publications subscribed and automatically updated on all Aviation Docs accounts, at no cost with the additional benefit that their FRAT forms can be completed without internet connection with our AVFORMS system.
TRIAL USERS: FREE 6 MONTH FULL SERVICE TO AVIATION DOCS
For fleet operators who would like the “full experience’ of Aviation Docs we will offer your entire fleet a six-month free trial that will allow you to send all corporate documentation, manuals, regulations, etc.… via our system, make use of our extensive smart form library, our free smart form development service, tech pubs library, digital rights protection, free training, and world-class technical support.

You should know that OBDS maintains its data centers in Canada, we have very elaborate cybersecurity systems and methods that includes a SEIM system, disaster recovery, intrusion detection, malware prevention systems, DDOS prevention systems, 24-hour system monitoring, and a staff trained to deal with any eventuality.
OBDS is in the process of obtaining AS9115A certification. We are NST.SP.800-53 Rev4 compliant, PCI DSScompliant, GDPR and PIPEDA compliant and our data center provider is SOC-2 compliant.
